• Observe the placing and finishing of the concrete and advise the contractor of any modification or refinement to techniques that may benefit the construction process.
• Review suitability of the concrete supply for slump control, workability to suit the actual placing and finishing techniques/equipment in use, bleeding, setting rates and the like and coordinate any modifications with the concrete supplier.
